Burgert Cousins Central

Reunion is set for September 2014.  Labor Day is Sept 1.   We selected the following week end -   Thursday, Sept 4,  through Sunday Sept 7.   We have events planned starting Friday morning, an early breakfast at the most absolutely fabulous beach location.

Getting here:  Airports - Long Beach, Orange County (John Wayne) or LAX.  All three have roads that lead to us without touching the freeways - but truthfully the freeways are usually faster.  

Lodging - Several have mentioned using their Marriott Points and have those options.  RV beach camping is available - those that do this will know how to figure that out.  We are 5 miles from the beach.  There are travel trailer parks I am sure.  Do a Google map thing to find out how far we are from the parks.  Or call and we will figure that out together.

 Local lodging - We are not a big enough group for a group discount but I will go and lay eyes on local accommodations.  Several are on the beach or across the street from the beach - will include those.  

This is a new blog.  The previous Burgert Cousins blog died the death of technology - it moved faster than I did and became outdated.  So we are starting over.  Photos would be welcome.

I wanted to renew the invitation for the reunion.  We have several So. Cal. sights and events on our calendar or think about list.  The most important thing is to be together.  Our home will be REUNION CENTRAL - hopefully the perfect place to hang out and visit.  

This post is long overdue.  I will submit and share.
